Indro Hardjodikoro is now a top renowned bassist in Indonesia owing to over two decades of consistency trailing up his career alongside dedicated musicians from cross-genre bands to orchestra. After Halmahera and simakDialog, where he got into an intense collaboration with Riza Arshad, and Tohpati in particular, Indro was involved in increasingly large-scale projects, such as Erwin Gutawa Band, which brougt him along to US tour.

Later it became Erwin Gutawa Orchestra. He also took part in Addie MS' Twilite Orchestra, and Andy Rianto's Magenta Orchestra. This wholesome experience led to his confidence in making his own project, Indro Hardjodikoro and the Fingers, a group that originally had 4 bassist players, then streamlined to two, him alongside his protege Fajar Adi Nugroho. A music education patron since 1998, he still teaches bass at Institut Musik Indonesia. Tohpati is an inseparable figure in Indro's path in music industry. The long friendship continued to a number of involvements in sequential projects, from Tohpati Ethnomission, Trisum, Tohpati's project in early 2000s, consisting of Balawan and Dewa Budjana, and the recent Six Strings, a rock collaboration of five guitarists, Dewa Budjana, Aria Baron, Andre Dinuth, Eross, and Baim, of which they have produced an album in 2014.
